○大学も仕事もプログラミングとは無縁で、ネットで地道に調べながらプログラミングしていった。
○虚数やら偏微分やら大学数学のオンパレードの物理計算に苦労した。
○開発ソフトは「VisualC++ 2005 Express Edition」「DirectX7 SDK」と無料。
もちろん、プログラミングに向き不向きはあるのだろうが、それでもすごいよなぁ。。。
リナックスが無償というのに驚いたのがいつのことだろう。
ただし、あのときはまだまだ専門家（プロ）の方々の奉仕的な行為によるところが大きかった気がする。
あれから幾年月。
専門家（プロ）でなくても開発・改良できるツールや簡単に情報発信できるツールがどんどんと無償で提供されている。
○ベータ版（無償版）として先にユーザーを囲い込んで後から製品版で回収。
○無償でツールをユーザーに提供して広告主から広告収入として回収。
というビジネスモデルに基づいてそういうことがどんどんと可能になってきているのだろうけど、
今回の「MikuMikuDance」ぐらいのソフトを開発できる人たちがどんどんと出てきたら、
企業はミドルウェアの開発くらいになってしまうのではないのかなぁ。
（もっとも、ネットを利用したサービス提供にシフトしているけど）
いずれにしても、こんな形で個へのスキルシフトが今後も進むことは必然。
ということは、知の格差はさらに開くし、それを学校という集団教育の場で解決するのはさらに困難を極めるだろう。
結局、最後は自分か親か友人か。。。
日本では知を高めるコミュニティーが少ないと感じるのは私だけだろうか。
